Greenville, S.C. — Kopis, the oldest and most established custom software development and consulting firm in the Upstate, has announced 2 significant promotions within its leadership team.
Adam Drewes has been named the firm’s Chief Marketing Officer, and Kevin Wentzel will now formally operate as the organization’s Chief Operations Officer. Both Drewes and Wentzel have been promoted from within the organization.
“We knew that in light of some significant expansion across the region over the last 18 months, we needed additional support and focus in leadership to keep up with our company’s growth,” says Andy Kurtz, founder and CEO of Kopis. “Both Adam and Kevin have taken on greater and greater managerial responsibilities in the past few years, so it made sense to hire these positions from the inside and allow both of them to focus on deeper growth within their respective areas of expertise.”
